Magdalena Bednarek
She was born on 12.11.1984 in Bydgoszcz.
She graduated from the A. Rubinstein Secondary Music School
in Bydgoszcz in 2003. In the academic year 2003/2004 she studied
at the I. J. Paderewski School of Music in Poznan with ad. Ewelina
Pachucka. Then she moved to Bydgoszcz School of Music, where
she studied with Prof. Marcin Baranowski.
She perfected her skills during numerous music courses:

In 2003 she won the Viva Musica Foundation Prize for her artistic
personality.
In 2006 she performed with the organ player Anna Bednarek during
the In Regenerationem Festival in Krotoszyn, as well as the
Organ Music Festival in Wroclaw. That year she also performed
with a string quartet at the PROBALTICA International Music
Festival in Torun.
She has cooperated with Symphony Orchestras in Bydgoszcz, Torun,
Kalisz, and Plock, as well as with Capella Bydgostiensis. In
the years 2006-08, with the European Union Youth Orchestra,
she toured such countries as: Germany, Switzerland, Austria,
Italy, Great Britain, Poland, Holland, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia,
Latvia, Luxemburg, and Kazakhstan, where the concerts were conducted
by Vladimir Ashkenazy, Andrey Boreyko, Sir Colin Davis, Herbert
Blomstedt and others. In 2007 she took part in the Sommer Oper
Bamberg orchestra workshops in Germany.
On 13 January 2008 she performed in the Bydgoszcz Philharmonic
House as a soloist of the Philharmonic Orchestra of the Bydgoszcz
School of Music, conducted by Zygmunt Rychert. On 27 February
2008 she performed with the pianist Filip Maciborski at the
Chamber Music Festival in Szczecinek.
She graduated with honours from the Feliks Nowowiejski School
of Music in Bydgoszcz on 19 September 2008.
She presently is a member of the Polish Orchestra Sinfonia
Iuventus in Warsaw.
